1) Ordering

Orders can be placed using our online shopping cart, via email, or by phone. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or Check.

2) Order Confirmations/Tracking Information

BuyGrommets will send a receipt via email when the order is placed. You will receive an additional email with shipping information and tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

3) Shipping

Most orders are shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx ground. If you would like to expedite shipping and/or use your UPS or FedEx account, please choose those options at checkout.

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, VAT, etc. Buyer is responsible for those costs and any other fees that may be applied when importing goods into their country.

4) Guarantee/Warranty

Grommet Machines and Dies are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year. 

5) Errors/Omissions

Please check the order immediately upon receipt. Any errors or missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days of receipt to be rectified. 

6) Disclaimer

Policies, pricing, and item availability are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our site are subject to final approval at the time of order fulfillment. In the event we are unable to provide an actual image of a product, Premier Grommets Direct, LLC reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information. All returns must be received within 15 days of purchase. Grommet Machines or Dies that are defective due to material or manufacturing defects will be accepted for return/replacement during the warranty period. The TIDY Pneumatic grommet machine, the PMS 060 Pneumatic grommet machine, and the Stimpson 479 grommet machine are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned securely packaged in the original box/packaging. Grommets will only be accepted for return in un-opened packages. Any order being returned that was initially shipped by BuyGrommets.com with the Free Shipping option will be credited minus the actual shipping and handling cost paid by BuyGrommets.com. We do not pay the shipping costs for a return. A Return Material Authorization number and instructions will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours. Returns will not be credited without a Return Material Authorization number.

Please click this link Returns  or click the Returns link at the bottom of the website.  This will open your order history and allow you to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions will be emailed to you within 1 to 2 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse any return based on the following:

- We will not accept the return of used products. Items must be in new/unused condition when received back.
- Items returned more than 15 days after purchase
- Items returned without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Defective Items

Any item that is defective due to material defect or manufacturing defects will be accepted for return or replacement. All defective product claims must be within 7 business days of receipt. Please complete the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or to make arrangements with one of our customer service representatives to have the defective item picked up and a replacement item shipped to you. 

Damaged Items
BuyGrommets  makes every effort to ship items securely packaged. In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of receipt (772-388-9691). Our customer service representatives will make arrangements to have the damaged item picked up and a replacement item shipped to you.

8) Important

Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

We treat it with the same respect as we would want our own information treated.  We have taken measures to assure our website is secure. We do not store your credit card information. When placing an order, your credit card information is securely encrypted. 

BuyGrommets will never share, sell, or distribute your personal information. 

10) Return/Exchange Policy And Limited Warranty

All products come with a 1 year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. Any product(s) that are being returned for these reasons must be returned with an RMA (see above).

If any product(s) should need to be returned due to damage during shipment, a claim is to be filed by us with the corresponding shipping courier in order to receive reimbursements for the damaged item(s). If this should occur, the damaged item(s) must remain at the original ship to location on the shipping label that was affixed to the box by our company. The damaged item(s) can not to be shipped back to Buygrommets until authorized by a representative from our office. If any product(s) that have arrived damaged are returned back to our warehouse before one of our representatives have had the opportunity to determine if the damage was done by the shipping courier, we will not be responsible for any credits or refunds to the customer(s).

All products come with a 1 year limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. If we determine there may be a defect, we will authorize the return for inspection. Do not return products to our factory without our prior consent. All COD shipments will be refused. Buygrommets, at its option, will replace the unit, replace the defective part(s), and return such unit(s) to the customer(s). Our sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be limited to such replacement.

Limitations and exclusions: this warranty does not apply to regular wear and tear due to use, or any damage caused by misuse. Machines are engineered to perform as they are made. Modifications of any kind void this warranty. In addition, the foregoing warranty shall not apply to serial numbered products if the serial number has been removed, defaced, or tampered with in any way; products subject to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance or storage; products damaged by circumstance beyond Buygrommets control; or products modified (including, but not limited to, modifications through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments) or repaired by third party centers not authorized by Buygrommets specifically.

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. It shall not extend beyond the duration of the express warranty provided herein, and the remedy for violations of any warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product(s) pursuant to the terms contained herein. Buygrommets shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever.
